Most of the time, resetting can solve 99% problems. How to reset the earbuds?
1. Disable Bluetooth settings for all nearby devices that have been paired before.
2. Pick up two earbuds from charging case, the earbuds will power on automatically.
3. Turn off both earbuds manually.
4. Long-press 10 seconds on the button of one earbud until the earbud led indicator flashes 5 times quickly (if you wear the earbud, you will hear voice prompt ’dididi‘ ’power off‘.The resetting is done. So the pairing memory with previous devices are got cleared completely.
